Q - Do I have to pre lighten my hair to use the hair dyes in your shop?

A- Some darker shades may take on natural blonde hair and give a sheen to darker shades, however the colour will deposit much better onto pre lightened hair, so your results may vary.


Q - Do you accept custom wig commissions?

A- Yes, I specialise in vivids and simple styling. No up do's and no natural colours (Other than black). I use Directions, Manic Panic and Crazy Color hair dyes, so if you would like a wig dyed a specific colour (Or extensions!) send me a message.


Q - Do you accept returns?

A - Hair dye can be returned, at your own cost, providing the item is unopened, within 14 days.

Ready to ship wigs can be returned at your own cost if they are in unworn, new condition within 7 days.

Unfortunately due to the highly custom nature of the dyed to order wigs, these cannot be returned.

Q - Do you cut and colour peoples hair as well as wigs? Would you dye mine?

I do not, no. I am not a trained hairdresser, I am a hobbyist turned small business owner.


Q - Are there any other types of hair pieces you can custom-dye?

A - Yes, I can dye a few different types of hair pieces. I can get hold of hair extensions in tape-in, Ktip and clip-in, I can get toupees, half wigs, 3/4 wigs, V/U part wigs, halo hair extensions, subject to availability.

Do U.S. customers have to pay customs or import charges?

Possibly — yes. If you're ordering from the U.S., your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees when it arrives. These charges are set by U.S. customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
